Shipping Policy
We currently ship Australia-wide via trusted carriers, primarily Australia Post. Orders are packed with care and dispatched from our Melbourne studio.
Please allow 1–2 business days for handling and packing. During launches, holidays, or busy periods, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience and support for our small business.
Standard delivery times within Australia typically range from 3–8 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
We are not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbours or your local post office first, then contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional postage fees may apply to reship the parcel.
